Tertia, celebrating 51 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project.

I was thrilled to catch up with Tertia this morning as not only was it a pleasure to meet her, but she is also the first fabulous female of the 2025 Your Face, Your Story Project to be introduced!

What struck me about Tertia was that she was someone who was gloriously comfortable in her own skin. She then voiced this when I asked her how she felt about her age, “It’s amazing.  When I was younger, I dreaded getting older and couldn’t understand the concept of celebrating it.  I now take myself somewhere incredible in the world every birthday as I find it exciting and worth celebrating.  I’m the best version of myself that I’ve ever been.  I noticed a nice change in my early forties where I let go of a lot of stressors but had no idea of how much better things could get.  The menopausal 50’s journey has taken me to an even greater sense of self and worth.  Due to hormonal changes, I don’t experience sadness or anger as intensely as I used to so I’m not distracted by negativity for long.  The feelings of joy, positivity and gratitude are strong for me and drive me to make the most of this time.  My mind, body and soul are in a place of peace and strength.

You can now register for the 2025 Your Face, Your Story Project which is a project of inspiration, challenging the stereotypes of women and ageing.  You can find full details on my website. The project will run from now until mid-January 2026 for shoots and will culminate with a celebratory exhibition on Friday 6th February 2026.

Six females have already registered so I am looking for 34 more!!!
