Louise, celebrating 71 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project.
When I asked Louise how she felt about her age she said that she was amazed and grateful to have lasted this long. I seem to have had many lifetimes in the one or perhaps just many significant phases. I feel I’ve done a lot of ‘remaking’ myself.
The biggest positive thing about age for Louise is the freedom from the physical constraints of womanhood and now she is in retirement, the freedom of being off the treadmill of work, child-rearing, and study. There is space to discover what she wants to do with her time.
Louise was one of the fabulous females of the 2024 Your Face, Your Story Project. I am now working on the 2025 Your Face, Your Story Project. You can find full details on my website. The project will run from now until mid-January 2026 for shoots and will culminate with a celebratory exhibition on Friday 6th February 2026.
Six females have already registered so I am looking for 34 more!!!
