Linda, celebrating 63 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project.
One of the reasons that Linda wanted to get involved in the 2024 Your Face, Your Story Project was because she thought it sounded interesting, and she wanted to be part of something that was just for her. That for me, was one of the driving forces behind the Your Face, Your Story Project – giving incredible women the chance to focus on themselves, even if it was just an afternoon as it is not something we are very good at.
Linda sent me the loveliest message after seeing her photos from her shoot, “Thank you, Lara. I’m beyond thrilled with the photos. There are so many lovely ones. A nice photo was never my reason for signing up to the project, on the contrary as I said I don’t like photos of myself. I’ve admired your work for so long & thought your idea for the project was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed our shoot and feel privileged to be part of the project.”
The Your Face, Your Story Project is a project of inspiration celebrating the lives of 40 women over 40 and challenging the stereotypes of women and ageing.
You can now register for the 2025 Your Face, Your Story Project; a project of inspiration, challenging the stereotypes of women and ageing. You can find full details on my website. The project will run from now until mid-January 2026 for shoots and will culminate with a celebratory exhibition on Friday 6th February 2026.
Six females have already registered so I am looking for 34 more!!!
