Kath, celebrating 51 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project
Kath travelled to Tenterfield from Mudgee to catch up with her long-term friend Paula for the Your Face, Your Story Project. The Project was a way for them to not only celebrate themselves but a beautiful friendship and a fabulous reason to visit Tenterfield!
Kath was someone who truly understood what a privilege age is. Of her age she said, “I feel very fortunate and privileged to be 51! There are so many who do not get this opportunity. I appreciate every day I have!”
I also loved Kath’s response to one of my favourite questions of the project which was if you could go back in time and talk to your younger self, what would you say, “Be kind to yourself …. Focus your energy on what makes you happy and not trying to keep everyone else happy. It is not only impossible but exhausting.”
