Jen, a Water Warrior
In Jen’s words:
“I am enjoying Metaqua way more than I thought I would!! I love that it’s at my own pace, I can go as hard or as slow as I like. I am no good at conventional swimming, but I love being in the water, so Metaqua is the perfect combination for me.
I’ve found that it has helped with my aches and pains from old horse-riding injuries. I wasn't sure if I would be able to manage the different exercises but turns out it was the best thing. After a session, I can feel that I have worked my muscles but there is no pain. In fact, I have noticed that my muscles are becoming more toned.
I started Metaqua a few years ago and really enjoyed it then, so it’s been great to pick it up again. I love that I can chat with others while we exercise. Being able to do it with friends is also quite motivating. I will be really sad when the pool closes for the season, but I will look forward to the start of the next season.
I would recommend Metaqua to anybody.”
