Future plans, studio, workshops, and more.

It feels like it has been a big year of planning, growing, planting seeds, hard-yakka and dreaming. When my initial lease reached its conclusion in February this year, I made the big decision to sign up for a three-year lease. I had big dreams of adding a studio and workshop space to my lovely little shop and gallery. 7 months on, after a lot of hard work combined with the soccer season, my studio space is almost ready to go and I am in the midst of planning my first small workshop.

I had the loveliest visitor in the shop today who wandered for a while and then told me that it was the most beautiful space. I thanked her and told her it was my happy place and she smiled and said that you could tell. That sort of feedback fills my heart with joy.

I am hoping that everything will be full steam ahead from November. In the meantime, the kids and I are heading off for a little jaunt this weekend and we have a whole week’s break booked for October which almost makes me want to cry with excitement and gratitude!

So stay tuned and watch this space!
