Conversations with Oday.
If you can get food in Gaza, it is expensive and involves long waits in endless queues away from precious family members. The most basic supplies are horrifically expensive and hard to come by. You need money for what is available which means that a few dollars can quite literally mean the difference between life and death for the Palestinians.
I am trying to help my friend Oday keep his family in Gaza alive. Please help if you can, even if it is just the price of a coffee, it can make all the difference for Oday and his family.
I met @oday_aburaida through @projectlovebrocade, a worldwide initiative amplifying the voices of the people of Palestine. We were matched due to our mutual love of photography. Oday was studying photography when the 6-day war started in 2022, and he had to abandon his studies and leave Gaza on his own to support his family.
