Chez, celebrating 68 fabulous years with the Your Face, Your Story Project.
Chez and I have been back and forth for a while about the Your Face, Your Story Project so I felt like I knew Chez but today was the first time we met. We spent a lovely hour or so today catching up and sitting for a while. Chez put much of her heart and soul into the questions that I ask participants to complete before our Discovery Meeting and it was a privilege to read her responses.
About the Your Face, Your Story Project Chez says, “It almost feels like being a debutante. A kind of coming out. It’s really a groundbreaking event, even just pondering the questions and emotions that have surfaced have prompted a tiny surge of confidence.”
If Chez could go back and talk to her younger self, she would say, “Refuse to grow up. Adulthood is highly overrated” which I absolutely loved. It was so much fun planning Chez’s shoot with her and we are going to celebrate her many sides!
The Your Face, Your Story Project is all about celebrating the lives of women over 40 and challenging the stereotypes of women and ageing.
